aprova a certidão de débito
unificada |
A
Receita Federa por meio da Portaria Conjunta PGFN/RFB nº 2 e na Instrução Normativa nº 565,
unificou as certidões negativas relativas a tributos administrados pela
Receita Federal e a débitos inscritos na dívida ativa da
União.
A
unificação das certidões negativas torna mais ágil a obtenção de prova de
regularidade fiscal. Fica unificada também a validade das certidões, que
passa a ser de até 180 dias.
Quanto
às contribuições sociais administradas pela extinta Secretaria de Receita
Previdenciária, a Instrução Normativa RFB nº 558, publicado no DOU de
23/8/2005, estabelece certidão negativa à parte. Mas, segundo informações do
secretário-adjunto da Receita Federal, a expectativa é de que, em breve,
essas contribuições passem a integrar a certidão unificada.
